Wall panel construction is Soundmaster II, STC 50 panels. The interior and exterior skins are solid. Optional feature: Cleanable Sound Absorption Panels for Walls.
Ceiling panel construction is Soundmaster II, STC 42 panels. The interior skin is perforated and the panel includes Panel Fill Protection, to prevent oil mist accumulation in the acoustic fill. The exterior skin is solid. Optional Construction: The wall panels can be constructed of solid skins providing an STC of 50.
Quantity one (1) 42” x 84” high STC 48, single-leaf cam-lift hinge access door between the shop and the Dyno Cell. Optional Sizes: We can provide a 48” wide door or a 72” wide double leaf door.
Quantity one (1) 43” x 42” high double glazed window using ¼” lsg. glazing. Optional: Other sizes and bullet resistant glazing are available
Roof load capability is 34psf. Roof is not designed for storage but can support men walking on it. Optional Feature: Roof can be designed for storage.
Un-Painted “paint-ready” A-60 galvannealed construction. Optional: Prime or finish painting.
Intake silencers are mounted in test cell roof.
Carburetor silencer is mounted in test cell roof.
Exhaust plenum mounted off the back wall includes 12,000 cfm Tubeaxial Fan with motor and exhaust silencers. Optional: 24,000 cfm ventilation system. Optional feature: We can provide an acoustic chase so the plenum can be located outside of the host building.
